Operating in 3 distinct communities – the Scottish Borders, North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire the project:
-Conducted surverys of 2800 households, across three communities, bringing in returns 36%, 37% and 19%-Established 3 Local Reference Groups involving Community Plannning Partners
-Held 22 focus groups throughout the communities
-Held 3 Visioning Events, on in each of the communities
-Facilitated a 12 module learning programme Leading for Local Regeneration – jointly delivered by two CVS, one Interface and the Social Enterprise Academy for 24 local activists.
-Produced 3 area action plans
