HR Library

The Supporting Voluntary Action Programme has funded the development of a Human Resources Library.  Phase 1 was produced by Glasgow CVS acting in capacity as lead agency working with Voluntary Action Orkney and Skye and Lochalsh CVO and proved to be a useful tool for organisations offering support to the voluntary and volunteering sector.  The library has now been reviewed by Law at Work and brought up to date to reflect changes in legislation and regulation which were introduced in October 2010.  

The library will be reviewed regularly by Law at Work and the information in the library will be maintained to reflect current processes, practice, policy and procedures.  

Law at Work are also available to provide advice and assistance through the telephone helpline.    Law at Work will be delivering a series of awareness raising and focussed workshops to enable organisations to maintain a current library of material and advice services for their member organisations.   Further information can be found on the Collaboration & Connectivity project page.

This library documents are downloadable as pdf and can be used to develop your own processes, policies and procedures.  We would ask you to always acknowledge or attribute Law at Work as the source of your material if you choose to use these documents.
